COVID-19

The event is held on private land at CampV near the small town of Naturita, Coloroado and is surrounded by thousands of acres of public land. Practice the level of social distancing you feel comfortable with. Wash your hands. Get vaccinated / boosted. Please respect all local regulations.

Are there a limited number of tickets?

Yes. And they are per person, not per vehicle. 21+ unless accompanied by an adult. Kids under 18 get in free. All vehicle passes, cabin rentals, RV spots, etc. come with at least one General Admission ticket. Get your tickets here.

All ticket sales are final. No Refunds. Ever.

What if I don’t have a Van, Truck Camper, etc.?

That’s ok! We have several options including glamping tents and cabins for rent.

What if I have a vehicle longer than 24’ like a Skoolie, RV, or 5th-Wheel?

That’s ok too! If you want full hookups there are several RV sites. If you need a larger campsite you should choose either the Upper or Middle Levels. There is technically space in the Lower Level but it can be tricky to turn around and there are sandy areas, so only choose this area if you’re confident in your manuevering abilities.

Can I get a refund?

All Ticket Sales Are Final. No Refunds.

Is THE CARAVAN Open to All Vehicles?

Yes, including RVs, trucks, moto, and tent campers. The Caravan does not discriminate. You do not need 4WD.

What Should I Bring?

If you are camping and not renting a cabin/Airstream/glamping tent, bring food, shelter, and water for 4 days and 3 nights. Warm clothes for the cool nights. Sunscreen for the warm days (average high of 90F). Other than bathrooms you should be completely self-sufficient.

What Shouldn’t I bring?

Weapons, anything illegal, and/or a bad attitude. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at anytime for any reason.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We encourage radical participation on the part of attendees: share your art, host a workshop, offer a happy hour, and get weird/creative/expressive. If you have some interactivity you would like listed on the schedule, let us know.

Can I come and go? Arrive late, leave early?

Early arrival is Thursday, June 6th at 3 pm, and you are free to come and go, including leaving early, whenever you would like. Please do not attempt to arrive early.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely, but they must remain leashed at all times, and your pet’s behavior including cleaning up any messes is 100% your responsibility. Do not put their poop in the portos.

If your dog does not get along well with other dogs, for any reason, it is your responsibility to keep them secure (on leash) and away from other animals, not the other way around.

Bikes / E-Bikes / Trail Bikes?

Yes, bikes, e-bikes, and little motos like Trail 50’s are a great way to get around and explore. Keep it below 10 MPH around the camping areas when off the main roads. You can access the extensive mountain bike trail network from the Upper Level.

There are portos positioned at each Level along with 6 Eco Zoics positioned throughout CampV. Don’t put anything other than poop and toilet paper in the toilets. The toilets will be cleaned at regular intervals.

There are showers to be found at the Middle Level, and a unique rinse-off station called “The Green Thing” on the lower level. Bring your own towels and eco-friendly soaps.

There are garbage dumpsters to be found at the entrance/exit of both the Middle and Lower levels.

What about fires?

Absolutely no fires outside of above ground / propane fire pits and cooking stoves, and designated fire pits. Firewood can be purchased for the other campfire fire pits at the CampV HQ on Main Street in the Middle Level.
